With OVH Healthcare, the apTeleCare software solution developed by TMM software makes remote medical monitoring at home easier.

Available on tablet or smartphone, ApTeleCare is a remote medical monitoring system that makes patient care easier. This app improves communication between doctor and patient as various pathologies are monitored: chronic illnesses, addiction studies, transplant, wound and respiratory condition monitoring etc.

Through a bespoke diary, the patient answers questionnaires and sends back data manually or via connected devices. The health professional accesses these data via a secure and fully customisable platform.

As well as real-time monitoring, the app offers therapeutic education content and preventative health advice. The patient is thus more involved in their own medical care.
